Look deep into my eyes… I’m smart, I’m sassy and I’m definitely good looking!! And, I’m only five! Definitely still young enough to be your running buddy or wrestle with the best of them, but old enough to be trained and have manners!! My likes include treat time and just being near you. Because my IQ is so gosh darn high, I wish to further my education so I would love it if my new owner challenged me intellectually (if I had thumbs I might steal your car keys!). Do I know my commands? No problem!! I am incredibly loyal and long to be by your side. I promise moonlight strolls, cuddles on the couch and I’ll keep you warm on those cold nights. All you need to do is give me a home!! You might not change the world by adopting me, but you will change my world and I promise to change yours for the better as well.

Applications are considered on an individual basis, and fencing is preferable. All adoptive homes must be within a reasonable distance from a DRAW volunteer for home visits and follow up care. A home visit, reference check and vet check must be completed prior to adoption. Please note that we will not place rescue dogs in homes with young children.
